Freight Pickup Instructions

All customer or freight forwarder pickups are FOB Origin – Title passes at origin, and buyer has total responsibility over the goods while in transit. Customer takes ownership (title and control) of the goods at the origin once the carrier signs for the goods, and is responsible for any cost associated with the transportation of the goods beyond this point. The customer files all claims (if any).

Pickup Instructions for Kuehne + Nagel Atlanta:
• A Bill of Lading must be provided in advance to shipping@satcomresources.com of faxed to 970-748-3096. Bills of Lading should be fully filled out and clearly noted as Pre-Paid or Third Party billing. No Collect shipments please.
• Your Satcom Resources order number should be used as the pickup reference number and noted on the Bill of Lading.
• Satcom Resources’ shipping department will contact your carrier when the freight is available for pickup. A US based contact for your freight forwarder or carrier is required.
• Carriers should schedule their pickup 24 hours in advance with Satcom Resources’ shipping department.

• Kuehne + Nagel pick up address: 4575 Lake Mirror Place, Forest Part, GA 30297
• Kuehne + Nagel hours of operation – Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:30pm EST

Pickup Instructions for Prodelin / General Dynamics:
• Prodelin’s shipping department will contact your freight forwarder / carrier to schedule a time slot for loading when the order is ready for pickup.
• Please do not contact Prodelin to ask when your order will be ready. Direct all questions or concerns to shipping@satcomresources.com.
• After contacting your freight forwarder/ carrier, Prodelin will provide a reference number that is required for all pickups. No freight will be released without this reference number. Satcom Resources does not have access to this reference number in advance.

• Prodelin hours of operation – Monday through Friday from 8:00am until 4:00pm EST.
